Exclusive Introducer and Strategic Advisor engagements for principals and family groups. We carry the relationship layer through introduction, structuring, negotiation, and execution, and stay in the deal through completion and beyond.

Engagements are structured on a tiered basis with retainer plus contingent success fees and, where appropriate, equity participation. This is the firm's core service model.

Sell-Side and Buy-Side Advisory

Discreet, mandate-based advisory on strategic transactions — including succession-driven exits, family-group buyouts, asset acquisitions, and cross-border joint ventures.
